Requirements for All Positions

For most positions, the candidate must have a 4-year college degree with a strong GPA, in a related discipline applying for. Continuous professional training and educational curriculum is as important as number of years of work experience.

Besides being able to articulate well in English, the candidate must have an outgoing and enjoyable personality.  The candidate must be able to work under minimal supervision, has initiative, works well under pressure, and can multi-task. The candidate must be neat, organized, have a very strong attention to detail and high accuracy in their work.  The candidate must be able to exercise some independent judgment and reasoning within established guidelines.

If applying for a technical position, the candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. HPSi works in a structured, team-oriented environment. Our clients expect the highest level of service.  Work-from-home is NOT a generally accepted practice.

HPSi does NOT pay for any relocation costs and final interviews are conducted in-person.

Marketing & Administrative Assistant

The Marketing and Administrative Assistant position requires a multi-disciplined individual with a background in at least two of the following: Marketing, Sales, General Business, or Information Technology. As a key person in our organization, you will be relied upon to manage the front office operations. 

Some of your tasks include creating and redesigning marketing communications and updating material with more recent and relevant information. Persuasive demonstrations of Microsoft-based solutions via in-person events and web-based webinars. Planning, coordinating, and managing events. Assisting with training and user adoption training.

Additional tasks include preparing and sending out agreements and policies, light technical documentation, and accounting tasks, Communicate with vendors to request product information and research. Schedule client visits for technical staff and subsequent follow up to ensure client satisfaction. Assists with the monitoring of project phases to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.  Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as matters arise.

The position requires you to be proficient in Microsoft-based applications such as SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics Sales, and Office 365..

Minimum Requirements:

Starting: $20/hour

Systems Analyst

As a Systems Analyst, you are responsible for interpreting technical guidance from Federal, State, Local agencies as well as industry. Subject matter in such areas as IT security, backup RPO & RTO, DLP, Azure SAAS / IAAS / PAAS. With a firm understanding, able to formulate guidance and the design, implementation, and support of the technology.

This may involve on-premises, hybrid, or cloud-centric solutions around Microsoft technologies and complementary 3rd party vendors.

Additionally, this may involve investigating new technology and matching the business needs; prepare and present technical solutions in simpler terms to internal team members. The individual must be able to thoroughly write and document technical processes and procedures.

To assist in the development and further maintain acquired skills, on-going technical training will be provided. Ability to obtain and maintain certification in the latest technology is required.

Minimum Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT From a 4-year college
– Ability to map business requirements to technology
– 3 years recent implementation and support of technology (1)
– MS-102, AZ-500, SC-300 Certified or certifiable
– Type 65+ wpm QWERTY, fast and accurate 10-key by touch
– Good math and analytical skills

Systems Engineer

Our Systems Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining simple to advanced networked solutions.

This may involve on-premises, hybrid, or cloud-centric solutions around Microsoft technologies and complementary 3rd party vendors. Knowledge of IT security is obviously part of the process and not treated as a separate scope of work.

Additionally, this may involve investigating new technology and matching the business needs; prepare and present technical solutions in simpler terms to internal team members. The individual must be able to thoroughly write and document technical processes and procedures.

To assist in the development and further maintain acquired skills, on-going technical training will be provided. Ability to obtain and maintain certification in the latest technology is required.
