for a proactive, reactive, or regular visits?
Hours of Support
HPSI normal business hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm. If you need
extended support hours, we have an extended hours support plan.
If you operate around the clock, you may be interested in our
exclusive, premium 24x7
support plan. We know of no other in Hawaii that offers this
level of service.

Types of Support Offered
Critical support is a situation when the failure is unplanned
and is causing severe pressure on business operations. We will
respond to these support issues immediately, 24-hours a day.
Clients that fall into this category are required to purchase a
pre-paid support plan.
Reactive support is a more typical support where assistance is
needed, but not immediately affecting business operations.
Proactive support is pre-scheduled to eliminate unforeseen
downtime. Since the downtime is scheduled - sometimes
after-business hours - there is minimal disruptions to business
operations.
Outsource support is based on a pre-determined set of hours. We
have one or more individuals with the proper set of skills,
provide support on a scheduled basis. So instead of having to
hire additional employees, use us as your IT staff or to
supplement your staff with ours.
