High Performance Systems (HPSI) is committed to protecting your privacy. This notice describes our privacy policy. We do not collect cookies; sometimes, however, we do need information to provide services or information that you request, and this privacy statement explains data collection and use in those situations. This privacy statement only applies to the website hpsi.net; it does not apply to other products or services that HPSI offers. By visiting hpsi.net you are accepting the practices described in this privacy statement.

Collection of Your Personal Information
We will ask you when we need personal information that identifies you or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you are registering for sales order access, ordering e-mail newsletters, or signing up for an event or training. Personal information collected by HPSI often is limited to name, e-mail address, country or location, but may include other information when needed to provide a service you requested. If in the future we collect information about which pages our customers visit within hpsi.net, this site visitation data identified only by a unique ID number will never be linked with personal information unless a user consents as described below.

Use of Your Personal Information
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. When you register, or otherwise give us personal information, hpsi.net will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the following limited purposes:

HPSI is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. For example, we store the personal information you provide in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit sensitive information (such as an account number) over the internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Use and Definition of Cookies
At this time, HPSI and hpsi.net does collect cookies.

Cookies are very small informational text files placed on your computer by a web page server when you visit a web site (if the computer accepts cookies) or are referenced if you have visited the site previously. Information may include, but not limited to, computer IP address, computer name, computer MAC address, and date and time of your usage of hpsi.net.

Changes to This Statement
HPSI will occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the privacy statement. For material changes to this statement, hpsi.net will notify you by placing prominent notice on this hpsi.net website.

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions
Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this website are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1987 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.
