Requirements for All Positions

For most positions, the candidate must have a 4-year college degree with a strong GPA, in a related discipline applying for. Continuous professional training and educational curriculum is as important as number of years of work experience.

Besides being able to articulate well in English, the candidate must have an outgoing and enjoyable personality.  The candidate must be able to work under minimal supervision, has initiative, works well under pressure, and can multi-task. The candidate must be neat, organized, have a very strong attention to detail and high accuracy in their work.  The candidate must be able to exercise some independent judgment and reasoning within established guidelines.

If applying for a technical position, the candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. HPSi works in a structured, team-oriented environment. Our clients expect the highest level of service.  Work-from-home is NOT a generally accepted practice.

HPSi does NOT pay for any relocation costs and final interviews are conducted in-person.

Digital Marketing Specialist

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you connect and communicate with clients and prospects across the globe, but most importantly within the Hawaiian Islands and Continental Western and Mid USA.

This is done via websites, email, newsletters, social media, mobile applications and search engines.

Secondarily, assist with traditional paper-based and voice communications. And then the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaign performances and track specific metrics to determine their level of success.

Some of the duties, and not limited to:
– Create digital marketing campaigns.
– Ensure consistency in the brand messaging.
– Work with the sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns.
– Prepare direct mailers, emails and newsletters to send to current customers.
– Launch promotional offers and events to attract new customers.
– Optimize the business website to increase online traffic.
– Follow best practices for social media marketing on different platforms.
– Conduct regular audits for social media and website marketing performance.
– Maintain and monitor online listings across various e-commerce platforms.
– Track marketing metrics and analyze digital data to measure marketing success.

Minimum Requirements:
– 4-year bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
– 5 years of previous job experience performing all the task and duties outlined.
– Proven track record to increase market share and sales revenue
– SEO, SEM
– Google Ads and organic search
– Ad serving tools
– HTML, CSS, JavaScript coding
– Sales Funnels
– A/B Testing
