Requirements for All Positions
For most positions, the candidate must have a 4-year college degree in a related discipline. Besides being able to articulate well in English, the candidate must have an outgoing and enjoyable personality. The candidate must be able to work under minimal supervision, has initiative, works well under pressure, and can multi-task. The candidate must be neat, organized, very strong attention to detail and high accuracy in their work. Must be able to exercise some independent judgment and reasoning within established guidelines. If applying for a technical position, the candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. HPSI works in a structured, team-oriented environment. HPSI does NOT pay for any relocation costs and all interviews are conducted in-person.

Associate Systems Engineer / Technical Analyst (1 position available)
Description: Our Associate (Jr) Systems Engineers and Technical Analysts perform activities under the supervision of senior technical staff. Activities include determining the proper technical solution; implement, monitor and support the technology; present technical solutions in simpler terms to business owners and corporate stakeholders of our clients and prospects. The individual must be able to thoroughly write and document technical processes and procedures. Adhere to stringent set of internal control policies and procedures. The individual will be responsible for communicating regularly to our clients, Account Managers, and Project Managers with project status and updates, and to vendors for product information and technical support.

 The individual must have the ability to demonstrate basic system administration skills such as creating and updating AD and local user accounts, creating and modifying NTFS file share, scripting, and network printing. As needed, provide advanced tier-one support and assist the Service Desk Specialists team.

 Additional considerations will be given to candidates with a strong background in ERP, CRM, and ECM implementations running on Microsoft technology; advanced network infrastructure comprising of multi-site/multi-server, Azure hybrid cloud, ADFS, RADIUS, RRAS, QoS, VLAN, and VOIP fundamentals.

 Minimal administrative duties may include preparing and sending out agreements and policies, timesheet drafts, creating, updating, and closing service tickets, filing and photocopying.

 To assist in the development and further maintain acquired skills, on-going technical training will be provided. Ability to obtain and maintain certification in the latest technology is required.

 Work may occasionally involve handling confidential and sensitive material. Driver’s license and vehicle is required.

Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year recent Microsoft technology support and resolving Office, desktop operating system; malware; hardware; e-mail problems
- General knowledge of Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012
- Elementary knowledge of TCP/IP
- Elementary knowledge of firewalls
- Elementary to intermediate knowledge of desktop hardware
- Intermediate to expert knowledge in using Windows Desktop XP, 7, and/or 8
- Experience in writing and debugging batch, macro, or script files

Systems Engineer / Technical Analyst (1 position available)
Description: Our Systems Engineers and Technical Analysts perform activities that may involve investigating new technology matching the business needs; prepare, implement, monitor and support the technology; prepare and present technical solutions in simpler terms to business owners and corporate stakeholders of our clients and prospects. The individual must be able to thoroughly write and document technical processes and procedures and adhere to stringent set of internal control policies and procedures. The individual will be responsible for communicating regularly to our clients, Account Managers, and Project Managers with project status and updates, and to vendors for product information and technical support.

In addition, the individual must be able to demonstrate technical proficiency in the implementation of Microsoft technologies such as AD, Exchange Server, and SQL Server. The individual must have the ability to demonstrate basic system administration skills such as creating and updating AD and local user accounts, GPO, NTFS file share, ACL, scripting, and network printing.

Minimal administrative duties may include preparing and sending out agreements and policies, timesheet drafts, creating, updating, and closing service tickets, filing and photocopying.

To assist in the development and further maintain acquired skills, on-going technical training will be provided. Ability to obtain and maintain certification in the latest technology is required.

Work may occasionally involve handling confidential and sensitive material. Drivers license and motor vehicle required with a clean driving record.

IT Help / Service Desk Specialist (1 positions available)
Description: In an entry level role, the  duties may include installation and advanced troubleshooting of desktop-related hardware and software. Support includes assessing and resolving problems via phone and remote access.

Minimum Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with desktop computers, laser printers, impact printers, and other peripherals
- Able to troubleshoot Microsoft Office 2007-2013 - including Word, Excel, Access, Skype, and Outlook
- Proven ability to remove malware from PC's
- Driver's license and vehicle

Office Coordinator (1 positions available)
Description: The Office Coordinator position requires a multi-disciplined individual with a college degree in General Business, Marketing, Sales, or Information Technology.

Some of the duties include preparing and sending out agreements and policies, light technical documentation, accounting tasks, reviewing timesheet drafts, filing and photocopying, maintaining office equipment for 24x7 operations. Errands to mail box, photocopy center, and other such places as needed. Assist in preparing marketing materials and limited event planning.

Greet visitors and determine accessibility of executive management. Communicate with vendors to request for product information and research. Schedule client visits for technical staff and subsequent follow up to ensure client satisfaction. Assists with the monitoring of project phases to ensure projects are completed on-time and with-in budget.

Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of employment and tax laws
- Able to manage and maintain executives' schedules
- Type 55+ wpm, fast and accurate 10-key by touch
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Good math and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to conduct presentations to small groups
- Enjoys using and learning about new technology
- Driver's license and motor vehicle; clean driving record

Executive Administrative Assistant (1 position available)
Description: This position reports directly to senior management and requires a multi-disciplined individual with a college degree in General Business, Marketing, Sales, or Information Technology.

General duties include compilation and preparation of management reports, development and maintenance of dashboards with drill down capabilities, and ROI analysis of projects. Preparing, formatting, proof-reading, and distribution of internal and external communications using mostly Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.  Maintaining internal and external paper and electronic records. Scheduling, monitoring, and follow up of various calendars and company functions. Some client and vendor interaction via phone and e-mail.

Minimum Requirements:
- 2-year College degree
- 3 years experience in technology marketing,  sales, or business clerical
- Type 55+ wpm, fast and accurate 10-key by touch
- Good math and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Able to learn new technology in a self-paced environment
- Great people-person personality
- Able to conduct presentations to 200 audience members
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher software

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3.2 GPA
- 3 years experience providing executive support to senior management
