Requirements for All Positions
For most positions, the candidate must have a 4-year college degree in a related discipline. Besides being able to articulate well in English, the candidate must have an outgoing and enjoyable personality. The candidate must be able to work under minimal supervision, has initiative, works well under pressure, and can multi-task. The candidate must be neat, organized, very strong attention to detail and high accuracy in their work. Must be able to exercise some independent judgment and reasoning within established guidelines. If applying for a technical position, the candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. HPSI works in a structured, team-oriented environment. HPSI does NOT pay for any relocation costs and all interviews are conducted in-person.

Systems Analyst (1 position available)
As a Systems Analyst, you have a business focus with technical disciplines. Ideally, a background in Accounting or Finance with technical skills in network protocols, database, and light software coding. We use Microsoft software to deliver a highly Microsoft-centric solution.
Our Systems Analysts perform activities that may involve investigating new technology matching the business needs; prepare and present technical solutions in simpler terms to business owners and corporate stakeholders of our clients and prospects. The individual must be able to thoroughly write and document technical processes and procedures. The individual will be responsible for communicating regularly to our clients, Account Managers, and Project Managers with project status and updates, and to vendors for product information and technical support.
In addition, the individual must be able to demonstrate technical proficiency in the implementation of Microsoft technologies – on-premises, hybrid and cloud-centric. Pre-sales technical and implementation of all Windows Server roles and features, Office 365 hybrid, Microsoft Azure SAAS, PAAS, and IAAS. The individual must have the ability to demonstrate basic system administration skills of ADDS, AAD, and AADDS.

Systems Engineer (2 positions available)
Our Systems Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining simple to advanced networked solutions. This may involve on-premises, hybrid, or cloud-centric solutions around Microsoft technologies and complementary 3rd party vendors. Knowledge of IT security is obviously part of the process and not treated as a separate scope of work.
In this essential role, you will be assisting HPSI clients and customers to remedy, proactively manage, and monitor their IT operations and keep it in optimal condition and highest performance.

IT Help / Service Desk Specialist (1 position available)
In an entry level role, the duties may include installation and advanced troubleshooting of desktop-related hardware and software. Support includes assessing and resolving problems via phone and remote access.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with desktop computers, laser printers, impact printers, and other peripherals
- Able to troubleshoot Microsoft Office 2013-2019 - including Word, Excel, Access, Teams, ODB, SharePoint, and Outlook

Digital Marketing Specialist (1 position available)
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you connect and communicate with clients and prospects across the globe, but most importantly within the Hawaiian Islands and Continental Western and Mid USA.
This is done via websites, email, newsletters, social media, mobile applications and search engines. Secondarily, assist with traditional paper-based and voice communications. And then the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaign performances and track specific metrics to determine their level of success.
Some of the duties, and not limited to:
- Create digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in the brand messaging.
- Work with the sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Prepare direct mailers, emails and newsletters to send to current customers.

Office Manager (1 position available)
The Office Coordinator position requires a multi-disciplined individual with a college degree in General Business, Marketing, Sales, or Information Technology.
Some of the duties include preparing and sending out agreements and policies, light technical documentation, accounting tasks, reviewing timesheet drafts, filing and photocopying, maintaining office equipment for 24x7 operations. Errands to mail box, photocopy center, and other such places as needed. Assist in preparing marketing materials and limited event planning.
Greet visitors and determine accessibility of executive management. Communicate with vendors to request for product information and research. Schedule client visits for technical staff and subsequent follow up to ensure client satisfaction. Assists with the monitoring of project phases to ensure projects are completed on-time and with-in budget.
Minimum Requirements:

Executive Administrative Assistant (1 position available)
This position reports directly to senior management and requires a multi-disciplined individual with a college degree in General Business, Marketing, Sales, or Information Technology.
General duties include compilation and preparation of management reports, development and maintenance of dashboards with drill down capabilities, and ROI analysis of projects. Preparing, formatting, proof-reading, and distribution of internal and external communications using mostly Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. Maintaining internal and external paper and electronic records. Scheduling, monitoring, and follow up of various calendars and company functions. Some client and vendor interaction via phone and e-mail.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-year College degree
- 3 years experience in technology marketing, sales, or business clerical
- Type 55+ wpm, fast and accurate 10-key by touch
- Good math and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Able to learn new technology in a self-paced environment
